This is a full-time hybrid role located in Port Harcourt, with flexibility for remote work.
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Genesis Group, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communicating with customers, fulfilling their service needs, sales management and training.
You will oversee sales activities, also ensuring the development and implementation of marketing plans targeting new and existing markets.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven experience in sales and sales management
Ability to train, motivate and lead a team to high-level performance
Demonstrated success in creating marketing plans that target new and existing markets
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of relevant software (e.g. CRM) and databases
Experience in hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
