As a Sales Representative at Branch, you will be pivotal in driving sales while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond sales, encompassing proactive issue resolution and diligent oversight of customer interactions on our app.

You will be instrumental in maintaining positive business relationships and ensuring customers adhere to loan repayment schedules.

This role requires a keen understanding of our app's functionality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


Here are some things you'll do


Drive efforts to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule, demonstrating a commitment to meeting and exceeding performance expectations.

Perform thorough cost-benefit and needs analyses for existing and potential customers, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements and drive value.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, employing a proactive approach to maximize satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.

Present, promote, and sell products/services with compelling and well-articulated arguments to both existing and prospective customers, showcasing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Analyze, and track sales and status reports

Minimum requirements


A solid understanding of financial technology (fintech) products and services.

This includes knowledge of digital banking, payment systems, and other relevant fintech solutions.

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative particularly in a Fintech

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
