Job Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively manage the customer relationship by identifying client’s needs and delivering on those needs and responding to client queries on time.
Develop strategies for the administration of all physical security requirements at client sites including key management, surveillance systems, alarm monitoring, electronic access systems, fire safety, motor vehicle checks etc.
Assist management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development projects.
Interpret and advice guards on policies and procedures within the specified guidelines.
Ensure that work related problems, grievances and disciplinary actions are handled in line with company laid down policies and procedures as well as in a timely manner.
Organize departmental meetings and communicate relevant action plans accordingly.
Proactively liaise with all clients to keep abreast of happenings and nip potential problems in the bud.
Communicate performance outcomes and take strict measures to combat non-performance.
Build new and maintain existing networks that could engender new business opportunities.
Coordinate deployment and redeployment of guards according to personnel requirements.
Enforce excellent customer service of security teams towards all clients.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the management.
