Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral.
Develop engaging graphics for social media, website, presentations, and other marketing channels.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistent application of the brand across all design elements.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to maintain brand integrity.
Conceptualization and Ideation:
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and ideas.
Stay updated on design trends and innovative approaches to visual communication.
Project Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver compelling designs.
Quality Control:
Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback and revisions as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
Excellent attention to detail and creative flair.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications:
