This is a 6-month renewable contract.
Responsibilities
The position:
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for implementing a visual interface between the application and the end-user.
You will combine the art of design with the science of programming.
You will be responsible for the translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code and a functional web application.
Other Responsibilities:
Develop new user-facing features
Write reusable code and libraries
Enhance application for maximum speed and scalability
Validate input before submitting it to the back end
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation
Translate UI/UX design wireframes to web pages.
Requirements
Required:
A minimum of 2 years of web application software development
Deep understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, with the ability to build mobile responsive web pages
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
Working experience with WordPress, Webflow or any other CMS (Content management systems)
Knowledge of SEO principles.
Preferred:
Possess proficiency in one or both Angular and React JavaScript frameworks
Possess proficiency in PHP
Knowledge of GIT
Experience in working in a CI/CD development environment.

The Position
The Growth Manager will be responsible for market research and all user acquisition initiatives including but not limited to - digital marketing, traditional/offline acquisition, campaign measurement, optimization, and reporting.
This person will work closely with the Marketing, Products, Data Science and Sales teams to ensure all decisions are led by solid data and insights and performance is accurately tracked and reported.
Responsibilities
Provide user insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions
Work with different departments to identify, measure and optimize growth opportunities & models
Identify, implement, and optimise the best acquisition strategies online & offline to support revenue targets
Run experiments to determine the most effective variants for copy, products, features, etc
Any other task as advised by the Head, Marketing & Communications
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field with a minimum of 4 years experience in Digital Marketing and Analytics
Experience growing app and web channels for a financial or technology business
