We are looking to engage a smart Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate must be good at project management/execution, content writing and result-driven.
Job Description
Assist in presentation and report development.
Provide confidential administrative support including: report creation and maintenance, project support, research tasks, preparation of business travel & seminar arrangements, and meeting scheduling, agenda development, expense reconciliation, and minute taking.
Assist in the development of corporate communications/correspondence and be accountable for timely distribution of communications (internal and external as required).
Organize and provide oversight for corporate initiatives.
Develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with members of the Leadership Team, and external partners.
Develop effective processes to assure efficient delivery of information.
Support senior communication with clients, as required.
Other responsibilities and projects as may be required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in diploma in business, administration or relevant experience.
Strong computer skills and tech savvy – deep understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet tools and project management tool
Minimum 2 years’ experience in diversified administrative experience, including support to Senior Management
Available outside of core office hours when required.
Excellent social and communication skills: you love building relationships with people and helping them develop themselves
Great empathy which helps you understanding people and their needs
Excellent writing skill
Can-do attitude, a good sense of humor and an amazing energy!!!
