Participate in the articulation and operationalization of the estates' management framework
Develop policies, procedures, forms, and templates to support work deliverables.
Serve as the first-line interface with homeowners, government agencies, and other parties on assigned properties
Manage property income streams; ensuring timely invoicing and collection of bills such as service charges, rent, utility bills, etc
Conduct periodic and thorough appraisals of existing investments and advice Management as appropriate
Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Estate Management, Engineering or any other related field.
Project Management certification will be an added advantage
Very good knowledge of the real estate industry with particular emphasis on property management.
A high level of assertiveness
