Responsibilities:
Uphold and promote the client's philosophy of Customer at the center of our universe.
Ensure proper and efficient customer service experience for clients, customers and guests.
Create and implement a plan to influence great customer experience for all stakeholders (Internal and External).
Requirements:
Candidates with a background in any field of study at undergraduate and postgraduate level can apply.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years requisite experience in a customer service position and not less than 3 years in a management role managing clients and customers.
Candidates with professional certifications in Customer Experience, Time Management and project management have leverage.
