Build and nurture relationships with existing clients/customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of the organization's products or services to effectively address client inquiries.
Manage and resolve complaints made by customers quickly and effectively.
Prepare business documents, such as allocation letters and deeds of assignment.
Handle post-construction inquiries from clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Resolve client and resident complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keep clients updated on the latest products to increase sales.
Gather and relay customer feedback to the organization to improve products, services, and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields
Minimum of 5 years experience with most years in a Customer Relationship Role.
Experience working in the Nigerian Real Estate Industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
