Responsibilities
Customer Assistance:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
Order Management:
Assist customers in placing orders, modifying orders, and tracking shipments.
Resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Issue Resolution:
Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide effective and informed assistance.
Educate customers on product features and benefits.
Communication:
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, promotions, and any relevant updates.
Contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation.
Qualifications
HND, BSc in Mass communication or equivalent.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to navigate and use customer service software and e-commerce platforms.
Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting is a plus.
Key Competence:
Proficiency in Ms Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Must reside in Lagos.
