Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate the overall marketing and commercial activity for Surfer fleet in BINL
Implement and manage compliance of marketing procedures in BINL
Provide strategic and analytical insight to relevant stakeholder during pricing decision for offer in your scope
Manage tendering process and Ensure that the bidding process for all tenders in his/her area is fully compliant with charterer/clients requirements
Responsible for conducting market analysis for the Nigeria
Strong knowledge of BINL competitors and clients
Promoting the brand of the organization in all dealings with the Marine Community and clients.
Ensure quality control for Marketing and Business development Marine Services Guidelines
Serve as the Offshore Division upstream market information source
Overall Market activity awareness and reporting
Ensure and monitor proper execution and compliance to the CRM database / Process
Undertake market studies and generate presentations on a case-by-case basis
Provide timely information for the BINL monthly and Quarterly marketing reports
Collect, coordinate and analyze demand for area
Manage area wide tender / offer process
Offer strategic pricing and market rate analysis for Offshore Division
Support the formulation and issuance of offers in your scope
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
Bsc. in a Social Science or Marketing Related discipline
A minimum of 8 years experience in a core Marketing role in Oil / Gas with 5 years in a Management/Senior or Supervisory capacity

ROLE MISSION
To ensure day-to-day client satisfaction through compliance with all contractual clauses and client needs taking into account BINL's interests
To lead BOURBON QHSE awareness in the contract management
To ensure prompt, reliable, exhaustive invoicing and speedy debt collection
To manage the Marine Services agreement (QHSE, KPI control, payment, invoicing information,...)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for day-to-day client satisfaction ensuring smooth operation and business renewal/full ire of surfer vessels
Responsible for the level awareness of BOURBON HSE assuring safe operations
Single point of accountability vis-à-vis the client’s contract manager and all BINL’s contract stakeholders achieving successful contract management
Responsible for issuing the Marine Agreement ensuring smooth relationship between the parties to the contract
Responsible for clearly and timely reporting on all aspects of the main contract (In charge of drafting and updating the Client action plan report)
Exhaustively solving and managing all contractual issues and making sure that BINL's organization is taking care of it through the Marine Agreement
Real Time Oscar Reporting ensuring accuracy of data
Responsible for transmitting contractual invoicing data to his accounting department
Responsible for invoicing and cash collection
Responsible for timely paying his suppliers (BOURBON Affiliates or third parties)
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
Bsc / HND in a Science or Social Science Discipline
Additional Related Cerifications & Trainings will be an asset
Msc/MBA will be an added advantage
5 -8 years in a Customer Retention Supervisory / Management Role in a multinational Organization
