We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist Trainer and Brand Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role combines pharmaceutical expertise with training and brand management skills to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and understood by both internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmacy, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement training programs and brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for internal sales teams, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to enhance their product knowledge and communication skills.
Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical industry trends, research, and product updates to ensure training materials are accurate and current.
Develop and execute comprehensive brand management strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and market share.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's pharmaceutical products and their therapeutic applications.
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams, healthcare professionals,
Ensure that all training materials and brand-related activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stay informed about changes in pharmaceutical regulations and update training materials and brand strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical training and brand management.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative and strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
