We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed pharmacist to join our dynamic E-commerce team. As an E-Commerce Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of pharmaceuticals within our online platform.
Your responsibilities will include dispensing prescriptions, providing medication-related information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
Prescription Processing:
Process and verify prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for online pharmacy operations.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to medications and healthcare products.
Offer professional advice and guidance on medication usage and potential interactions.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the stock of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products within the e-commerce platform.
Monitor expiration dates and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the safety and efficacy of dispensed medications.
Conduct regular reviews of processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer support, and IT, to optimize the online pharmacy's performance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
B.Pharm
Licensed Pharmacist with certification
Previous experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
