Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations in the restaurant, lounge, and club sections.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment efficiently.
Customer Service:
Provide hands-on support to staff, promoting a positive and welcoming environment.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and themed nights.
Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Financial Accountability:
Assist in monitoring and managing budgetary goals.
Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and effective cost management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant, lounge, or club industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
