Description
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to
Oversee the day to day operations of the cafe
Ensuring that all cafe expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease costs
Receiving delivered cafe supplies and verifying the correct items and quantities are supplied
Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding replacement in cases of staff absence
Taking inventory of cafe supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service
Suggesting new menu items based on customers preferences and feedback
Identifying and executing strategies to retain and attract customers
Requirements:
Extremely outgoing, social empathetic with a passion for culinary arts or similar drive
Bachelors degree/certification in business administration/management is advantageous
Proven management experience in the hospitality industry
Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations
Strong business acumen
