Our client a reputable brand name in the hotel industry requires the services of a Night Duty Manager to oversee and Cordinate the hotel night activities.
The ideal person shall be responsible for Organizing activities and assign responsibilities for the night shift and during the night shift.
It shall be the persons responsibility to oversee night shift personnel ,monitor and analise performance as well as resolving operational issues during the night shift
The person shall be responsible for the implementation of the hotel service standard during the night shift.
The ideal person shall take charge and responsibilities for all departmental heads during the night shift and ensure the comfort of all guest.
The night duty Manager shall ensure compliance with all safety standards and prepare comprehensive night activity report.
Interested and qualified candidate must be computer literate,and knowledgeable in property management software,Ms word and Ms excell.The ideal person must have a previous experience as head of department and basic hotel operations.
