Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive.
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources administration.
They will also be responsible for implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives, supporting the recruitment process, developing and implementing performance management strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
Experience in developing, implementing, and administering HR policies and procedures
Ability to manage complex HR issues and create and implement innovative solutions
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in HR management, such as Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus
