Job Summary:
As a Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient human resource generalist function that is aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
You will be expected to successfully implement HR strategy.
The responsibilities will include recruitment and selection, salary and benefits management, employee relations, talent management and retention, performance management, change management, skills and professional development, as well as the design and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Job Requirements:
BSC/HND in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an HR generalist and an additional minimum 5 years in an HR management role.
Experience in the Aluminum Industry is important
Excellent Knowledge and practice of Labor relations
