Key Responsibilities
The HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting and compiling HR data and metrics from various sources to support the HR operations effort.
Clean and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to visualize data for decision-making.
Perform statistical analysis and modelling to identify patterns and trends.
Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
Support the development of data-driven HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
Help with job audits and HR investigations and follow up with relevant parties.
Analyze and present data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions.
Report on key HR metrics as required by the organization.

This position reports to the Lead, HR Operations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
3 - 5 years of related experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
Demonstrated ability to collate, clean, analyze and interpret data to derive business insights.
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience using Human Resources Management Systems.
Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll, recruitment, selection, training, benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.
Demonstrated ability to interpret data to derive business insights.
