Objective & Summary
The job holder will be responsible for aligning business objectives with management of employees in designated business units. These include but not limited to; driving the performance management system, Capability Programs and providing HR advisory to Staff and Line Managers on diverse HR functions: Recruitment, Productivity, Employee Engagement, and other HR projects as may be assigned.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Performance Management
Drive the Performance Management process using the Balanced Scorecard Framework via active collaboration with VPs and Line Managers in developing and or updating KPIs and measurement indices
Schedule and drive the company quarterly performance reviews
Provide strategic advice and guidance/improvement on the performance management framework
Analyze the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance; provide reports to the management
Manage performance issues; identify, update and drive policies & interventions for resolving performance issues
Consult with line managers and VPs; providing HR guidance and advisory as required.
Talent Acquisition
Own and drive assigned business units' Talent Acquisition and capability Developmental process i.e., Staffing, performance management and L & D needs
Identify training needs, monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met in line with a defined L & D framework.
Adhere to all TL9000 requirements; continually review all process within the HR Department and make recommendations on improvements.
Other Responsibilities
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide first-line advisory and support to Managers and staff regarding Netcom’s HR policies and procedures to reinforce our rules of engagement vis-à-vis staff understanding of same.
HR related projects as may be assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Professional certification e.g CIPD, CIPM, SPHR or SHRM (Active membership) is a plus
4 years' HR Generalist experience; at least 2 years in Performance Management role (Scorecard framework experience is an advantage)
Advanced knowledge and use of the balanced scorecard system
General knowledge of HR business partnering and dynamics
Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite; MS Dynamics 365 ERP or related enterprise applications
Experience coordinating and driving L & D/capability programs
Experience in design and implementation of innovative and engaging employee engagement initiatives
HR Data Analysis using relevant analytical tools; Power BI etc.
Communication & Presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Telecom/ISP industry knowledge is preferred
