Responsibilities
Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and skills.
Conducting phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates fit for open positions. Conducting reference and background checks as required.
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
Assisting in the preparation and presentation of job offers, including negotiating salary and benefits.
Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract qualified candidates.
Providing regular updates on the recruitment process to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with hiring laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1-2 years post-NYSC experience.
Ability to successfully close out 6 roles monthly
Proven track record closing recruitment processes
Previous experience in recruitment, in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively screen and evaluate candidate qualifications and skills
