The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
The Candidate will:
Develop business plans with the assigned accounts
Design and develop strategic development strategies and plans
Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project's achievement
Handle business deals operations and activities
Oversee the implementation of different contracts
Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Create and present a detailed report for upper management
Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
B.Sc / MA in Business Administration or similar relevant field.
Previous working experience as Partnerships or Business Development role for a minimum of 2 years (Maximum 5 years).
A proven track record of providing actionable solutions
Excellent presentation skills
Critical thinker and problem solver
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
You should be able to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. Responsibilities
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Presenting data to managers, investors, business owners and other entities.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Computing taxes.
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
More education or experience may be preferred.
Qualifications (ICAN, ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
Ethical behavior.
Attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP).
Technical know-how on financial report writing

You will ensure all recruitment processes are legally compliant with employment legislation within the overall talent acquisition approach.
Qualifications
You have consulting or in-house or HR or recruitment agency experience with knowledge of a variety of recruitment needs, with 1-3 years experience.
You have experience recruiting a high volume of positions, managing a full cycle recruitment experience.
You have worked with recruitment technology and have demonstrated experience sourcing candidates directly
You are not an "order taker," but instead a collaborator who develops an understanding of the business understands how your role fits into the bigger picture and provides talent expertise with business goals and within the framework of the global Talent Acquisition & People team. You have experience pushing back and recommending alternative solutions when needed
You are happy communicating with managers at all levels
