Description
Responsibilities:
Must have the capacity to facilitate trainings and content development
Develop the Training business sales and marketing strategy
Develop training and sell to both current and prospective clients
Sound understanding of the training standards and procedures.
Manage operational delivery of all scheduled and unscheduled training courses
Generate leads, cold call prospective customers and draw up client contracts
Carry out training sales forecasts and analysis
Moderate and facilitate meetings, conferences, or workshops every year
Plan, organize, and implement logistical support for all certification and non-certification training courses
Address inquiries and requests concerning training products and services.
Manage and report on profitability for each training course
Requirements:
2-3 years of practical experience in education/corporate learning roles and organizational development, as well as experience with implementing big programs targeting global audiences.
Understanding of technical and soft skills instructional strategies, as well as classroom, social, MOOCs, micro-learning and virtual learning strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and ever-evolving start-up environment
A certification in facilitation, coaching, or a leadership program is considered an advantage.
A creative and innovative team player with a growth mindset along with analytical problem-solving, presentation project and program management skills
Familiarity with rapid development process techniques like Apple
