Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulations.
Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and goal-setting.
Stay updated on employment laws and ensure company compliance.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional HR certificate
