Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Conduct new employee orientations and assist in onboarding processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have 2-3 years proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Certification in Human Resources.
