Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and connect with potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, both virtual and in-person.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcing Executive or similar role, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
Familiarity with the telecommunications and information technology industry is a plus.
