Description
In this position, you will collaborate with functional heads within the Plant to enhance workforce planning, track and monitor manning levels, and keep attrition rates at a minimum. You will also be responsible for implementing career and performance management practices, providing guidance to the Plant's management on HR issues, and performing other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline
Professional qualification in HR Management, such as Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) or Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), is an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive HR work experience
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent knowledge of HR management processes, including organization development, manpower planning, and recruitment
Strong understanding of employee and industrial relations, as well as labor and employment legislations in Nigeria
Leadership and relationship management skills
Presentation and communication skills
Organization and project management skills
Business writing skills
