Responsibilities:
Delivery Operations:
Pick up and deliver packages to designated locations within the assigned area.
Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transportation.
Adhere to delivery schedules and timelines.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Communicate effectively with customers and address any delivery-related inquiries.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any discrepancies.
Collect necessary documentation, such as signatures and payments, as required.
Compliance:
Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of the assigned delivery area.
