Our client, a leading provider of Innovative Medical Technology Solutions through our e-commerce platform seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead our operations to new levels of efficiency and success.
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes of our e-commerce platform.
You will manage a team, collaborate with various departments, and ensure smooth and efficient order processing, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be key to our success.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of operations and logistics professionals.
Develop and implement efficient and scalable operational processes.
Oversee order fulfillment, inventory control, and supply chain management.
Monitor and optimize warehouse and distribution operations.
Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices in inventory management and order processing.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of at least 5 years in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or medical tech.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
