We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch/Sales Manager to lead our client’s real estate sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture within the branch.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Oversee the resolution of client issues and inquiries to maintain positive client experiences.
Track, and analyze sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, lead generation,and deal closures.
Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage the branch's sales budget.
Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional and marketing strategies.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Must have the ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 monthly.
