Descriptions
Manage all technical documents for assigned projects regarding quality, revision status, timely receipt and distribution.
Utilization of database on document control system allowing for tracking of documents, checking of approval loops, revision identification etc.
Support the Contracts Team to receive, check and validate the drawings, input the drawings & Quality documents into the Database System, verify the metadata of each file and ensure timely distribution of the documents.
Ensure that circulation durations for distribution list and cycle are tracked and any deviations (delays) are reported, as these may impact the project delivery schedule.
At certain phases of a project, technical documents (i.e. civil, structural, electrical etc.) must be issued. The Document Controller is responsible for collecting the data, verifying the current revision status of the documents and distributing them. (i.e. preliminary, approval, construction, erection and as built documentation etc.)
Print and file hard copies of the documents and maintenance of updates to the document files.
Receive and answer emails, input information into the system, create transmittals to recipients, track documentation, and ensure nothing is delayed that would affect the timing of the project.

Load outbound trucks / routes according to pick sheets
Physically inspect product for quality before loading onto trucks
Palletize orders as needed before loading onto trucks
Position trucks in docks for loading
Retrieve any product needed for the day from other warehouse.
Write up any shorts onto route short sheet that were not loaded for the route.
Load route product shorts as they arrive from outside vendors.
Split room/loading boxes for routes.
Pull orders for wholesalers, 2nd runs or walk up customers.
Tag product with a slot label and place in the correct slot location.
Coolers are dropped, leveled-off, down-stacked, organized, and clean of debris, free of damaged & poor quality product.
Rotate all products located in the coolers daily.
Aside from putting product in racks, responsible for bringing product down to the floor in a timely manner.
Keep the coolers free of empty pallets/debris at all times.
Keep the floors stocked with product at all times.
Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy.
Restocking at end and during shift.
Job Requirements

Produce experience preferred

Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to work with all levels within the organization.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Forklift certified and ability to drive a forklift / walking pallet jack.
