Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals to elevate the brand's presence in the luxury market.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' preferences, purchasing history, and lifestyle to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from VIP clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new luxury products to clients.
Personalized Customer Experience:
Ensure the delivery of an exclusive and personalized shopping experience for VIP clients.
Coordinate VIP events, private previews, and bespoke services to enhance client engagement.
Stay abreast of luxury market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer behaviors to provide strategic insights for product development and marketing.
Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and customer service teams to align VIP initiatives with overall brand objectives.
Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their ability to cater to VIP clients.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on VIP client management and 7 years in managerial level.
Experience in top luxury companies and top-tier banks will be an added advantage.
Work experience managing high net worth individuals.
Work experience working as Affluent and private banker is an added advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an ability to connect with high-profile clientele
