Responsibilities.
Generate SOPS for processes in the QA department. train QA staff on SOPS. and evaluation of activities in QA lab to ensure compliance with SOPs.
In charge Of creating awareness Of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems in the Organization.
Serve as MR to the company. Submit detailed reports of all internal audits and NC resolution for management review.
Oversee review of processes and documents of the organization and ensure they are adequate in line with requirements of necessary standards.
Liaise With HODs to ensure understanding and compliance With requirements Of standards.
Carry out verification and validation checks on processes/equipment/materials.
Serve as the Food Safety Team Leader and ensure the effectiveness Of control measures to achieve product quality and safety to ensure zero failure Of critical control point.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
A certificate in quality assurance is an added advantage.
Previous expertise in quality assurance or a related discipline is required.
Working knowledge Of quality assurance tools, procedures, and ideas.
Solid understanding of essential regulatory standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Outstanding data collection and analytical abilities.
