Responsibilities
Partnering with hiring managers and clients to determine staffing needs
posting job advert to a different online platforms to attract the best talent
Screening and shortlisting CV
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Analyze job requirements with clients, identify clients’ needs according to discussion with clients
Assist with job requisitions/job description development
Collaborate with clients’ recruiting team to continually improve processes and experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or HND in social sciences
Very good with Microsoft Office
1+ years HR Experience
Willing to start a career in Human Resources
