Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, developing new client relationships, and managing key accounts.
The Head of Sales will also analyze sales data and provide insights to the leadership team, identify market trends and opportunities, and forecast future sales trends.
Qualifications
Sales skills, including experience with B2B sales and account management
Team management and leadership skills, including experience leading and inspiring a sales team
Sales management skills, including experience with creating and implementing sales strategies, forecasting, and analyzing sales data
Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data and providing insights to leadership team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
