Our Client is a technology solution company with a growth mindset that provides leading-edge technology solutions and services to organizations, seeks a Sales Executive (IT Solutions) to drive sales and expand their customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential areas for expansion.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create reports on sales metrics.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the software industry.
Proficiency in MS Office andCRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales.
B.Sc Business Admin or I.T related course
Knowledge of the software and technology market.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
