As a Business Sales Manager you will work closely with the marketing and products teams to develop and execute our sales strategies for high schools. You are entrepreneurial, passionate about people and finding solutions to the problem of human capacity development.
You are committed to planning and executing strategies to deliver clear and measurable goals.
You will identify schools and strategic sales partners in a way that ensures our high school learning programs can reach the learners it was designed to help. You will understand learner, parent and school needs and follow up effectively to ensure buy-in.
Our ideal Business Sales Manager has to be outgoing and respectful to others. They understand the Nigerian education ecosystem, has experience working in the private schooling system. They are willing to work with other agents, analysts and clients within the assigned territory. This is a hands-on, do-it-creatively position.
Your responsibilities will range from lead generation to deal closure. This position will be responsible for executing strategic plans, goal setting, regional sales targeting and growth plans, reporting and metrics.
Responsibilities
Develop an intrinsic understanding of our learning products with which to help foster a community within schools and networks
Identify important decision-makers and set out a contact strategy for building and maintaining these relationships throughout the life of the company’s interactions
Work with Operations and Marketing teammates to improve product designs and find creative ways to reach school heads
Work with learning program management team to see that the learners receive an exceptional experience
Create and execute School Sales plan
Accurately forecast and close sales commensurate with set goals
Qualifications
Minimum of First degree required in any field
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the private education sector, as a senior teaching or administrative staff (HOD, Vice Principal, Principal)
Understanding of local dynamics (culture, transportation, lifestyle, professional associations -NAPPS, COBIS, Teachers’ Council) in the assigned territory is highly desired
Demonstrable track record of top performance within the profession and relevant associations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using tech tools
Passionate about learning and personal development
Team player and energetic attitude.

You are a fresh graduate looking for new territories to conquer and in search of an opportunity that will deepen your understanding of human capacity development. You are committed to executing, monitoring and reporting on sales activities. You understand learners, parents, and are willing to support school heads to infuse gidimo into the learners’ study habits.
Our ideal Business Sales Support is outgoing, smart and respectful to others. They understand the Nigerian education ecosystem, has an interest in education and technology. They will be willing to work with Business Sales Managers, product and Learning Program management teams.
Your responsibilities will range from lead generation, research, profiling of target audiences and follow-up calls. This position will be responsible for tactical sales activities, reporting and after-sales services.
Responsibilities
Develop business presentations and manage a comprehensive database of leads
Support the Business Sales Manager with lead generation, sales presentation and follow-up.
Attend events and exhibitions to promote the company’s brand and relationships with stakeholders within the assigned territory
Develop an understanding for our learning products and support the Business Sales Manager to foster a community within schools and networks
Conduct after-sales support and trainings as and when required
Handle all enquiries from interested school heads
Work with the Learning Program management team to see that the learners receive an exceptional experience
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Handle the team’s graphic design tasks.
Qualifications
First degree in Education or Humanities with a GPA of 4.35
Understanding of local dynamics (culture, transportation, lifestyle, professional associations) in the assigned territory is highly desired
Demonstrated research abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skill
Comfortable with tech-tools (graphics software like Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office tools - PowerPoint, Publisher)
