Responsibilities:

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, and industry-specific challenges.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and achieving results.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
