Job Objective


To align strategically and enhance Wakanowʼs global marketing initiatives, focusing on the integration and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies across various regions.

This role involves spearheading product go-to-market (GTM) strategies and optimizing overall marketing operations.

The position calls for close collaboration with the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and other regional marketing directors, ensuring unified and effective marketing efforts that drive growth and reinforce the companyʼs market position.



Job Description

Marketing Strategy Development


Collaborate with the SVP of Global Marketing to build and refine overarching marketing strategies

Ensure alignment of regional marketing strategies with global objectives.

Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to evolving business needs.


Product GTM and Launch Oversight


Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new products.

Coordinate with product development and regional marketing teams for synchronized product launches.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product launch strategies


Marketing Operations Management


Streamline marketing processes and operations across regions.

Implement best practices in marketing operations to enhance efficiency.

Oversee the integration of technology and tools in marketing activities.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


Facilitate collaboration between marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams.

Ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns across all regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Strategic Leadership and Advisory


Act as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Global Marketing.

Provide insights and recommendations on marketing strategy and operations.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.


Team Development and Management


Mentor and guide marketing teams across regions.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lead by example in strategic thinking and operational excellence.


Requirements
