The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased sales effectiveness.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
