We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer who will manage and be accountable for the company’s products Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Development in order to meet the established objectives for growth and profitability of the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by planning and organizing promotional presentations
Answers questions from clients about our products and service benefits
Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Selling and promoting products and other services
Prospecting sales and closing sales leads
Cross selling and upselling of company's products and services to customers
Expanding the customer base of the organization
Understanding customers needs and sales opportunities
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential paying customers for upselling products and services
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services to meet customers purchasing needs
Documenting and analyzing monthly sales records for decision-making
Requirements:
Customer relationship management skills

Proven work experience as a sales personnel with expertise in closing service-related sales
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Negotiations and persuasion skills
Prior experience marketing
A minimum of OND in Animal Production and Management or General Agriculture
