Drive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitability
Support the business to formulate and implement a SME proposition and product development strategy, establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segments
Evaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up and commercial reward for the bank
Training Sales and Marketing Officers on Products and Offerings to improve product knowledge and drive SME loan origination
Requirements
Required: 3 years sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies
Preferred: experience delivering on targets, reporting and presentation skills
