Job Description
The Sample Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing the team involved in collecting diagnostic specimens for testing (principally COVID-19 test).
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform training on data review and collection, approved 54gene web based portal use, and sample collection process for all team members.
Liaise with safety officer to ensure all team members have been trained on safety and adequate use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Planning and creating the team’s weekly schedules
Planning and creating the sample collection weekly schedules with oversight of the account managers
Liaise with the procurement team to ensure the sample collection team has all equipment they need to successfully carry out duties.
Liaise with logistics to ensure adequate transportation is available for all collections
Meetings with Team leads to review feedback and implement improvement strategies as needed
Step into role as sample collection/data collection officer when needed
Liaise with contacts provided by account manager to ensure collections go well, and update clients where necessary about all things regarding the sample collection process
Liaise with account managers to obtain information regarding all collections prior to the date
Liaise with the quality control (QC) team to ensure that all data collected by the sample collection team is of the highest quality
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other data analytic software
Good administrative and people management skills
Ability to respond quickly and diligently to unexpected situations
Able to perform quality control measures on activities
Good communication and customer service skills
Fluent in English (+/- other local languages)
Education & Certifications:
Essential: Qualified Medical Doctor (MBBS/MD) with valid practicing license
Desirable: Master’s in a health-related field
Experience:
At least 3 years post-graduate experience working in a clinical or research-based setting

The clinical data manager is responsible for overseeing all clinical data related activities within the organization.
S/he will liaise with the research and laboratory teams and advise on matters pertaining to clinical medicine.
S/he will oversee the activities of Data Entry Officers (DEOs) and ensure the quality of data entered as assigned to diagnostic services.
They will also be accountable for maintaining privacy and confidentiality of all clinical data collected.

Description
We are looking to hire a Cyber Security Engineer with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of cyber security methodologies. Cyber Security Engineers are expected to have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
The Cyber Security Engineer must display an excellent understanding of technology infrastructures using Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy and Security Audits. Top candidates will be comfortable working with a variety of technologies, security problems and troubleshooting of the network.
Roles and Responsibilities
Engineer, plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of the Company’s data, computer systems, networks, applications, cloud and information.
Identify and define system security requirements; including identifying threats and developing suitable defense measures; evaluate system changes for security implications
Design security architecture and develop detailed cyber security designs
Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices
Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities
Enable appropriate security controls to ensure the Company’s data and infrastructure are adequately protected
Develop technical solutions and high-level security tools to respond to security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks for continuous protection
Ensure timely reporting of breach and security incidents to Compliance & Data Protection Officer (C&DPO) and management;
Work closely and collaboratively with other members of the Compliance & Data Protection department as well as the Technology & Engineering department to respond in a timely manner to all system and network security breaches
Monitor and investigate security breaches; manage and lead security incident response efforts; observe and respond to Intrusion Detection System cues and anti-virus alerts.
Monitor Company departments to identify any behavioral risks and security threat areas; working with the C&DPO in developing policies to ensure Company-wide culture of security.
Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement
Perform regular Cyber security audits with recommendations for improvements
Be involved in implementing any privacy by design systems and reporting to the C&DPO
Train and drive security awareness and implementation across the organization
Stay informed and up to date with current news and global trends in cyber security
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proven work experience as a System Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer
Experience in building and maintaining security systems
Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security
Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, penetration testing etc
Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor
Excellent skills in written and oral communication
Cross-cultural competency; ability to work with a diverse, global team
English fluency; fluency in French is a plus
Ability to learn in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to coordinate and manage tasks and processes with minimal supervision
Strong sense of responsibility with keen attention to details
Good communication skills
Education, Experience & Certifications:
B.S or M.S degree in Computer Science and/or related field
3 years minimum; 5+ years preferred work experience in the field of cyber security
Preferred experience in conducting audits to ensure no cyber security breaches
Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, swiftly changing entrepreneurial environment; experience in a biotech start up, or rapidly growing companies, preferred
Experience working in a company based in multiple locations; global experience preferred
