Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
Attend educational conferences
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Hire and train others in the team
Provide constructive feedback.
Requirement and Qualification
B.Sc Degree in Marketing or relevant field
2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
Submit work to editors for input and approval
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
Promote content on social media
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Update website content as needed
Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
Requirements
B.Sc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
Portfolio of published articles
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Familiarity with web publications
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
Ability to meet deadlines

Job Description
Support of VMware clusters, Site Recovery Manager
Support of the following: Email Systems (Exchange), Windows Server Systems, VM Ware, Hyper V, Active Directory Account Administration, Telephony
Perform/support enterprise storage solutions including replication
Troubleshooting and resolution of issues relating to business applications
Provide technical support to business users both remotely and face to face
Maintenance and support of central hardware, operating systems and utilities
Administer installations, including setting up new systems/hardware and promptly installing updates
Installing/configuring new computers/telephones
Troubleshooting IT equipment - printers, scanners etc
Assist with the Installation, configuring , and support of the LAN and WAN and Internet systems
Maintain network equipment, servers and users hardware and software
Maintain effective relationships with vendors, consultants, and service providers
Perform routine manual/automatic backups and archival of files stored on the network to assist with disaster recovery
Assist with data recovery, using tape backup or recovery tools
Assist in software testing of new releases, proactively escalating issues
Partake in project work from inception to closure
Monitoring of applications
Competence in PC network security issues, including virus protection and prevention
Maintain the existing network and server systems
Assist in the design of new infrastructure to support changing business needs
