Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure proper close out of projects (reconciliation, costing, budget, weekly reports, executive summary, invoice, 3rd party receipts) all put together in a folder.
Ensure he leads all execution and is physically present on field driving achievement of set KPIs.
Ensures Zero loss account and proper management of clients
Ensure they cultivate and grow the existing account by getting more jobs, they revive dormant accounts and bring in one new account every quarter
Development and driving the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to consumer growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness.
Creatively introduce latest innovations to clients on real-time market strategy to encourage more billings.
Monitors ongoing project status on WhatsApp and ensure all projects reports are reviewed.
Proffer solutions to project related issues on the go and add value to client.
Management of marketing reporting of day-to-day campaign activities, reporting from basic campaign tracking to attribution models.
Understanding of consumers, new trends and innovations
Other Duties:
The Marketing Operations Manager also performs other duties as delegated by the Managing Director.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
3-5 years minimum high business analyst experience
Affiliation with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.

Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Self-motivation: meets objectives and standards on own initiative including fewer satisfying tasks.

Communication: Communicating in simple and effective language via emails or phone to achieve.
Excellent usage of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Power B.I).
