They are responsible for the entire transportation supply chain, managing business relationships and choosing new suppliers in line with the organization process and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Drive safety standards within logistics and transportation activities
Play a key role in process/people integration for smooth business continuity
Manage and develop local resources
Achieve optimized contractors and fleet size
Keep end to end pipeline costs to optimum defined level
Manage Transporters safety and drivers unions
Lead and manage the logistics staff ensuring the right resourcing to manage all the processes
Logistics process performance management
Approve Forwarding Agents, Carriers & Accountable for Vehicles, Drivers and Transport Cost
Accountable and sets delivery scheduling and carrier assignment criteria for inbound and outbound operations
Analysis for Logistics reporting.
Qualifications
First Degree in relevant course
Master's in Supply chain or Engineering is an added advantage
At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics
Deep understanding of both the Outbound and Inbound logistics process
Excellent analysis and reporting skills
Conversant with the industry logistics institutional and operational reports
Knowledge of supply chain core processes and logistics business
Knowledge of manufacturing industry
Knowledge of customer service
Working Knowledge of finance and financial reporting
Organizing and planning skills
Analytical and problem solving skills

Job Description
The Operations Analyst is responsible for the compete and accurate analysis of plant performance, the review of performance reports and for ensuring that appropriate controls are applied to information provided by the plant on performance and on inventory of both Raw materials and supplies.
Main Responsibilities
Regular monitoring and analyzing transactions of plant activities and transactions.
Review all Statistical Key Figures and perform cost allocations.
Month end review of all maintenance and production orders for closure.
Ensures all cost postings are in line with activity of the period and review all accruals requirement as well position.
Completely adheres to month end closing activities.
Collate, Review and analyze all plant KPIs for group reporting in SAP FC
Completely reviews plant P&L and reports major variances.
Performs detailed analysis of plant performance highlighting variances to key performance indicators
Undertakes root cause analysis to variances and presenting explanations to variances of key performance indicators.
Provides input to the Plant and BU performance management cycle including budget / monthly & quarterly forecasts
Proactively engages with plant management on reporting requirements and uses reporting tool for automating reports, in consultation with reporting team.
Monitors the robustness of the plant control environment and drive any necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance with group policies and procedures.
Effective usage of reporting tools to supports internal and external benchmarking with plants within and outside the business unit.
Coordinate monthly stock and closing meetings and report on status of action points and give update on evolution of balances.
Qualifications
University Degree in a relevant course.
5 - 6 years experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
Professional qualification in Accounting (desirable)
Manufacturing experience
Have a proven track record of working closely with commercial teams, sales and operational teams
Familiarity with Business Intelligence.
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong computer Skills especially Excel, word, PowerPoint and email applications
Intermediate Knowledge of ERP Applications (SAP preferably)
Basic Knowledge of Visualization applications (Power BI, Qlikview, Data Studio etc)
Ability to prioritize with excellent time management skills.
Good attention to detail.

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design and maintenance of electrical systems for the company plant processes.
The electrical engineer main responsibility is to supply the electrical energy required by the company with the highest level of safety, quality and effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities
Guides, train subordinates in electrical activities.
Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing and operation of plant electrical systems and equipment.
Investigate electrical failures, document and communicate findings
Analyze the results performance of electrical maintenance in order to propose ways for optimizing efficiency.
Read and interpret Electrical drawings, manuals, codes and specifications.
Install, inspect, replace or repair electrical wiring, switch boxes, feeders, lighting fixtures and other electrical components
Maintain, repair, install and test breakers, switchgears, transformers and their accessories.
Troubleshoot, maintain and repair plant electrical & control systems and other related devices
Develop maintenance and standard operating procedure for electrical systems and equipment
Come up with design if required to modify or upgrade electrical equipment for improvement
Troubleshoot and perform corrective action and minor repairs to prevent equipment or system failure.
Defining specification for purchasing of spares parts and appraising the quality of spares and suppliers
Prepare material cost, timing estimates, reports and design specifications for electrical systems and equipment
Prepare job scope, contract documents and evaluate tenders for maintenance with procurement team.
Qualifications
B.Sc. or H.N.D in Electrical Engineering
5 years relevant postgraduate experience.
Strong technical knowledge of MV & LV protection and controls
Knowledge of instrumentation and PLC control systems
Strong knowledge of Local Safety rules and regulations
Knowledge of quality management methods
Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
