Greet customers warmly and seat them at their tables.
Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure prompt and accurate service.
Serve food and drinks to customers and address any additional requests they may have.
Monitor tables for refills, clear used dishes, and reset tables for new customers.
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
Collaborate effectively with team members, including kitchen staff and bartenders, to ensure smooth service.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handwashing and hygiene practices.
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance in accordance with the restaurant's dress code.
KEY
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 4 years previous experience in similar role
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and payment processing.
