About the Role
Our client is looking to hire an HR manager who will be the human capital business strategic partner of the company.
The HR Manager will own the development and implementation of a human resources strategy that identifies, hires, engages and grows the talent that will ensure the company accomplishes its goals. This is not limited to the how, when, where, how of people practices that best fits its peculiar business.
The HR Manager will also partner with leadership and key staff at various levels to drive culture, change management, communication and overall, business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Audit staff for skill gaps
Work with management to compose strategic goals into unit goals
Develop a policy backed performance management programme including rewards and incentives
Review and reward performance at scheduled intervals
Onboard and re-board employees
Recruit other roles where necessary
Conduct a range of soft and productivity training not limited to office etiquette, meeting etiquette, team work, time management
Key Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Manager in Construction Industry
You must be a Self-Starter
The HR Manager must also be a strategic business partner.
