Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Ikeja, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and developing and implementing training programs for new hires.
The Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for providing regular reports on recruitment activities and collaborating with HR on initiatives to improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Skills in hiring, interviewing, and communication
Proven experience in recruiting and selection techniques
Ability to develop and implement training programs for new hires
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
