Job Summary
The Fleet & Logistics Officer is responsible for fleet maintenance & management of all fleet as well as coordinating companywide logistics along with other administrative functions.
Duties / Responsibilities
Manage the drivers, complete their timely evaluations and maintain fleet log books while ensuring all drivers adhere to the Company fleet SOP’s and other regulations
Manage the routine and need-based maintenance of all company vehicles including the branch offices’.
Manage fleet and pool cars usage policies and procedures, and compliance with local and state rules and regulations
Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current user trends
Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with the assistance of fuel cards for all vehicles and drivers
Ensure vehicles have valid insurances; drivers have valid permits; insurance claims are processed timely
Report on the health of the fleet and other related issues arising from the fleet monitoring system
Coordinate and track the movement of goods/shipment through logistic pathways
Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
Coordinate documentation of all freight forwarding operations
Manage warehouse needs and requirements
Manage agendas/travel arrangements for employees
Assist in the development of administrative staff under your supervision
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Educational Qualification, Experience, and Requirements
Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in a related field
3 years prior experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Resource Management and Data Analysis
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
Great coordinating, organizing, and problem-solving skills.

Contribute to the preparation of sales reports.
Coordinate and execute bank runs (Regions only).

Educational Qualification, Experience and Requirements
Minimum of HND / B.Sc. / B. A in Business Administration or any relevant field
At least 1-year experience and adept in technology; have a decent knowledgeof basic Microsoft office software and skills necessary to performdata entry; familiar with using customer relationship management (CRM) systems/software.
Should be organized and be able to multitask and use initiative when needed.
Should be attentive to detail, proactive and should be able to initiate or suggest best practices to support the sales team.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be teachable and be able to follow directives.
Self-motivated, fast-paced, and a problem solver.

Job Description
Ensure accurate fulfilment of sales orders through observing appropriate confirmation procedures
Maintain store facilities to ensure smooth functioning
Inspect finished products for damages or discrepancies and reportto supervisor for reimbursements and record-keeping
Receive deliveries of raw materials and ensure that all the supplies were in proper conditions and labelled before storing in designated shelves
Ensure adequate record keeping from the team
Manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Ensure all raw materials and finished products are stored in the right storage condition
Monitor and control the fridge temperature to ensure proper storage conditions are maintained
Ensure proper documentation of raw materials issued out for production and raw materials returned after production
Participate in special and scheduled stock counts as delegated
Upholds and maintains levels of service that ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are met
Ensure the store is always clean and arranged
Ensure accurate labelling of every item in store and appropriate shelving of all items
Timely and accurate fulfilment of daily targets as delegated
Measure, weigh, and count products and materials accordingly.
Examine and inspect materials and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
Remove defective raw materials or finished products to specified areas
Maintain a clean and orderly work area by avoiding floor litters by carrying out the task in an organized manner.
Monitor correct product weights and ensure that they are maintained throughout the shift
Sort, label, grade and inspect raw materials before packaging.

Job Description
Ensure adequate stock usage and management with accurate records
Ensure timely and accurate stock record to influence buying and stock availability
Provides production information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing monthly and weekly operations to forecast budget
Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process and documenting for future references
Ensure adequate products storage and store maintenance are followed
Oversee accurate Inventory record from all unit heads
Process to submit orders for production accessories
Developing reporting procedures and systems among team member
Define and regularly liaise quality procedures to operating staff.
Supervise the activities of the Machine operator, Procurement Officer and Store Keeper to ensure alignment in work process with SOPs.
Ensure quality control and efficient work flow
Ensure work area cleanliness and safety standards are maintained by staff
Ensure all standards and processes are adhered to
Coordinating personnel and resources
Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between sub unit
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel to various tasks
Establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems
Schedule orders and tasks accordingly to ensure prompt delivery and disbursement
Understand stock cycles to forecast bear and bull periods
Ensure proper process is followed in submission of order requisition
Document finished product status including recording raw materials, in process and finished product inspection
Ensure all Quality Assurance documentation and procedures are regularly reviewed and improved upon
Reporting results of the processing flow on production summaries
Implement appropriate improvement solutions to Increase efficiency and reduce production error
Planning schedules to ensure timely scheduling of maintenance and servicing of machines.
